Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit richestmvp.com (the "Site"), join my email list, get the link to my private Telegram, or contact me, what I do with it, and the choices and rights you have.

I'm Rayyan Valli, and I'm the person responsible for your personal information (the "controller" under data protection law). You can reach me at [email protected].

What I collect

What you give me. Your name and email address when you sign up, and anything you choose to send me if you contact me.

What is collected automatically. When you visit, I and the tools I use may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the link or video that sent you here, how long you stay, what you click, how you scroll and move your mouse, and your approximate location (country or city) worked out from your IP address.

Email activity. My email provider may record whether you open my emails and click the links in them.

I don't ask for payment details, government IDs or sensitive information through this Site, and please don't send me any.

How I use your information, and why

To email you the link to my private Telegram and send you the emails you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, and taking steps you ask for.

To send you updates, ideas and offers by email. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.

To understand how people use the Site, see which videos and links bring visitors, and improve it. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it, and otherwise my legitimate interest in improving the Site.

To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: my legitimate interests.

To reply to your messages. Legal basis: my legitimate interests, or taking steps you ask for.

To meet legal obligations and handle legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation or my legitimate interests.

Cookies and similar technologies

If you agree, the Site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors use pages (clicks, scrolling and page visits) so I can see where people get stuck. Form inputs are masked. Clarity uses analytics cookies to connect your page visits. Advertising storage is not enabled. You can read Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for details about its processing.

Finding your inbox. After you sign up, the part of your email address after the @ (for example gmail.com) may be sent to a public DNS service so the "Open email" button can take you to the right inbox. Your name and the part before the @ are not sent.

Analytics and recording are off until you choose to accept them. The consent notice lets you accept or reject analytics, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time on the Privacy Choices page. No Clarity code loads before acceptance. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days solely to remember your choice. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off unless you explicitly choose On. Clearing browser data removes your saved choice.

Who I share your information with

I only share personal information with companies that help me run the Site and my emails, and only as much as they need. These are my email service provider (which stores your name and email address and sends my emails), my analytics provider, my hosting provider (which serves the Site and processes technical data such as IP addresses), and a public DNS service for the inbox lookup described above. The names of these providers are available on request at [email protected].

If you join my Telegram, Telegram handles your account information under its own privacy policy, and I can see limited details, such as your username and profile name, if you interact with me there.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect my rights, or if my business is sold or reorganised. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International transfers

Some of these companies are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, I rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses (including the UK addendum), or other safeguards recognised by law.

How long I keep it

I keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them, and then remove them within 30 days, except for a minimal record, such as the fact that you unsubscribed, so I don't email you again. Analytics and recording data is kept for the period set in each tool and no longer than necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time, and not be treated differently for using these rights.

To use any of them, email me at [email protected]. I'll reply within the time your local law requires, usually one month (or 45 days in some US states). I may need to check it's really you first.

UK and Europe. You can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

California and other US states. You may also have the right to know what I collect, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. I don't sell or share personal information. In the past 12 months I have collected identifiers (your name, email address and IP address), internet activity and approximate location, for the purposes above.

Canada, Brazil, Australia and elsewhere. You have the rights your local law gives you, for example under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, Brazil's LGPD and the Australian Privacy Act. I will honour them.

Marketing emails

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link and my contact details. If you unsubscribe I will stop emailing you, but I may keep your email address on a suppression list so I never email you again by mistake.

Children

The Site is for adults. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18 and I don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given me information, email me and I'll delete it.

Security

I use reputable providers and sensible safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

The Site links to YouTube, X, Instagram and Telegram. They have their own privacy policies and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant I'll let you know by email or on the Site.
