Skill gets you a good ad, a system gets you a good ad again next week, and the week after

This embodies me and how I view my work and go about my business.

How many people have you hired for the creative process of your business? Anywhere between 3-7 depending on the scale of your business yet you still get headaches from your team being for the lack of a better term lackluster. But why does your team have issues even when you pay them well?

It’s simple human psychology, it's impossible for each person to explain what's in their mind to the next person, so when your copywriter hands off the copy to your editor he subconsciously leaves something out, it's not his fault he's unaware he's even doing it.

This is just human behaviour, when we do something repeatedly 1. it becomes second nature 2. we start to assume the person we’re speaking to understands what we're talking about as if they're inside our head and that's where frustration can build up and communication breaks down, then YOU the founder has to deal with all the bullsh*t in between it all instead of focusing on the highest ROI tasks you should be focusing on. People don’t pay me for the same job, they pay me to do the job how it should've been done in the first place.

A single point of contact will always have less cognitive load than multiple points of contact, which as a founder is what you want but i know what you might be thinking "a single point of contact can also mean a single point of failure" and if it was anyone else then YES that would be the case but i’m different to the rest i never take on more clients if it means the potentiality one of my other clients could receive the short end of the stick my rule is simple I treat each client like they’re my only client.

I systemise everything to a T, my systems are what allow me to get the results I do for my clients. I’m obsessed with systems, everything I do for a client runs through a process I’ve built and refined so your results aren’t down to a good day or a lucky guess.

So thats why im in this game, i’m great at what i do and i can back it up, i've helped ecom owners 3x their customer LTV in just 30 days, info sellers increase revenue by 200% and created systems for content creators that allowed them to go from 250k views per month to 4 million views a month. Now these are just little segments of what I've done and can do. I’ve purposely given examples in different niches because I can help any business as I said systems is what I do and order can be made anywhere.
